THE woman who allegedly stabbed and critically wounded her former partner on Sunday after he ended their three-year relationship was refused bail in Orange Local Court yesterday.

Margaret Jane Offner, who met the victim Peter Angus MacQueen on the internet dating site RSVP, sat handcuffed in in the dock displaying little emotion as the case for her being granted bail was argued.
Police allege when the accused surrendered to police she told them: "I stabbed Peter in the guts, the knife is in the car".
She is charged with attempted murder and causing grievous bodily harm with intent, after stabbing the victim with a knife from her own kitchen as he sat on the lounge in his house in Spring Hill.
