Tori was awarded the Ambulance Service of NSW Commendation of Courage, presented to people who placed themselves at great risk of injury and displayed courage of a high order.
Tori’s actions saved her father who suffered from an asthma attack when they were camping in Mookerawa State Park.
She walked for over a kilometre in the dark, armed with only a torch, to find help.
