ON Tuesday the Duntryleague Ladies played an 18-hole stableford, WDLGA Spoon Event.

Lorie Leahey blitzed division one with 42 points, runner-up was Ann Williams with 34 points.

Maureen Blunden won division two with 33 points on a count back from Margaret Bellamy.

Carol Woodham won division three with 33 points, runner-up was June Murray with 31 points on a countback.

Sally Heigh won division four with 37 points, runner-up was Betty Redmond with 31 points.

Nearest the pin winners were Lorie Leahey, Jenny Davis, Laurie Niven and Jane Moriarty.

The drive and pitch winner was Helen Bouffler.

The final round of the Four Ball Match Play Championships were played last week with Sharon Scarr and Val Pollack taking out the event, two-up from Elaine Cusack and Sally Heigh.

Next Tuesday the Ladies play an 18 Hole Stroke, 6th Monthly Medal, 6th Eclectic, and Sandra Schultz Perpetual Trophy, sponsored by Kevin Tandy Welding.
