Playing in Bathurst, the home side batted first and worked their way to 7-235 with Max Hope making 105 after being dropped earlier in his innings.
Josh Toole (42) and Joey Coughlan (46) also chipped in as the rest of the Bathurst side struggled with the bat.
Orange co-coach Steve Warrington said, despite a few dropped catches, the Orange bowlers and fielders were in good form.
“Jono Warren bowled exceptionally well,” Warrington said.
“Liam Gough was bowling well until he injured himself taking a catch. Our fielding was brilliant. There were some fantastic catches taken.”
Warren took 2-37 from his 10 overs while Adam Cowden (1-34), Hamish Finlayson (1-41), Jake Pauletto (1-37) and James Conn (1-28) claimed a scalp each.
Orange was just as good with the bat making 236 for the loss of seven wickets and two overs to
John Warrington and Chris Kostoglou opened the batting for Orange and put on 111 before Kostoglou fell for 62.
Nick Wright then came to the crease and accelerated the run rate before Warrington fell for 70.
Wright put on a quickfire 53 before Adam Cowden (14 not out) and James Ryan (3no) ensured Orange reached the winning total with Ryan scoring the winning runs.
“So that books us a home grand final,” Steve Warrington explained.
“We have to wait to see who wins the final out of Bathurst and Lithgow.”
Kostoglou was named Orange’s man of the match for his superb batting display.
It was a disappointing loss for Bathurst after they went into the semi-final in top spot.
The under 21s final will be played in Orange on February 26.
