Chicken skewers, panna cotta, and Trunkey Creek chorizo are some of the delights on offer by several new exhibitors.
Stewart Broughton of Graze Brasserie will be running a stall for the first time. He said he is really looking forward to the opportunity to get his business name out into the community.
“We'd love to show everyone that we are a fresh modern business,” he said.
“The markets are a great way of supporting local businesses.”
The Beekeepers Inn has always been involved with FOOD Week but never had a table at the night markets until now.
Restaurant manager of the Beekeepers Inn, Mark Lockwood, said FOOD Week is a great promotional tool for the inn. He'd also like to see people convert from using sugar to honey.
“It's great for promoting local products,” he said.
“Besides our honey is really good for you; much better than sugar.”
FOOD Week committee member, Cynthia Jarratt, said there will be more food than ever before.
“It is going to be better than ever,” she said.
“Twenty per cent more stalls than before, beautiful weather and all the stall holders have stocked up on supplies.”
The night markets will be held at Robertson Park tonight at 5.30pm.
Tomorrow night's cabaret show starring Miss Sandy Bottom will be held at Orange Mountain Wines, not Nyrang. Orange Mountain Wines is on the Escort Way, Borenore.
